The 'Food for Thought' quiz night was a massive success.  With 155 participants including some of Hujjats most esteemed cooks, the heat was most definitely on!!   Google was educating one and all as they registered and took their places until the Quiz Master made everyone take the oath of 'No Phone's' and that is when you know your  now alone with your kitchen know how. The hard work of all the volunteers who organised this event really paid off. The quiz was exciting, thought provoking and fun.

It was indeed a literary delight to watch the much acclaimed ‘Why Can’t I be SuShi’ produced by Spoken Iris Films which is headed up by British Iraqi documentary film maker, Hoda Elsoudani. The movie aired to a packed audience screened at The Safari Cinema in Harrow, Middlesex on Sunday 19th March. The event was hosted by Stanmore Jaffrey’s Lit Team.

On Friday 17 February 2017, Stanmore Jaffery’s held a porcelain painting workshop for 40 girls aged 7 and over. The evening began at 6:30pm as all the girls made their way into the ELC, ready for an exciting evening of activities. The hall was set up with 5 tables of 8 and decorations in accordance with the unicorn theme.
