It's fair to say that not many of us had been paintball ing before but when stanmore jafferys announced this trip, not completely knowing what was in store for us, we rushed to sign ourselves up!

We were given overalls to protect our clothes from being smothered in paint, And a thin piece of chest amour accompanied with a helmet. And then it was time for the first game and we entered the arena with high spirits!

The format of the games were really clever and made you feel like you were in an actual video game! who knew 'capture the flag' could get so intense!?!

Over the Easter bank holiday weekend 2 teams representing Stanmore Jaffery's (SJ) participated in the Late Liakatali Fazal Memorial Volleyball Tournament held in New York City.

With both our A & B teams qualifying from the group stages it was unfortunate that the draw made them face each other in the knockout round. Our A team was victorious over the B team and then went on to lose to Toronto Jaffery's, the eventual winners of the tournament.
