After a hugely successful and oversubscribed inaugural event, the SJ Business Society is proud to present its second event titled ‘Tools for success: excelling in your profession’.

We have the honour of having two very successful community members speak at our event, Dr. Nizar Merali and Azeem Merali

It will be an informal, intimate and personal settling, aimed at empowering the audience with the ability to quiz speakers and ask pertinent questions about their successes. In addition to their personal journeys, the speakers will touch upon:

·         Reasons for success - luck, hard work or Allah’s mercy?

·         Importance of a good work-life balance

·         What makes partnerships work

·         Getting ahead without compromising Islamic values

·         Family support/sacrifice

The event is open to ladies and gents and is particularly aimed at those who:

  • Are in the early stages of their careers and are looking to chart a course ahead
  • Have had successful careers and are having an internal dialogue of what next – and what does it take to make it all the way
